Humane Society Officer Kevin Gonzalez 12/07/2008 Meet Officer Kevin Gonzalez a newly appointed Humane Society Police Officer for Lebanon County. Kevin served as a Corporal in the Army from 1990-1994 and is a Gulf War veteran.
