Ani-Meals on Wheels - The Humane Society provides free pet food to seniors, disabled persons and others on fixed incomes or suffering financial hardship. We believe that your pet's place is at home, with you.
Recommended Low-Cost Clinics
While the shelter cannot at this time offer vaccinations or spay/neuter surgeries for the public other than what is offered in clinics, there are a number of low-cost veterinary services which the shelter does recommend to the surrounding community. We understand that choosing euthanasia for a beloved pet is an emotionally challenging decision and can present a significant financial burden as well. The Humane Society of Lebanon County now offers affordable end of life services for owned pets suffering from old age, illness, or injury. In addition to offering humane euthanasia, we have partnered with Allied Veterinary Cremation Services in Manheim, PA to provide communal cremation and private cremation services.
Your pet is humanely euthanized and the body is return to you for burial.
Euthanasia with Communal Cremation:
After euthanasia your pet will be cremated with other pets and no ashes will be returned to you.
Cats and small dogs (0-30 lbs): $75
Medium-sized dogs (31-70 lbs): $85
Large-sized dogs (71-99 lbs): $115
Dogs 100 lbs and over: $130
Euthanasia with Private Cremation:
After euthanasia your pet will be cremated separately and his or her ashes will be returned to you in a keepsake wooden box.
Cats and small dogs (0-30 lbs): $120
Medium-sized dogs (31-70 lbs): $140
Large-sized dogs (71-99 lbs): $160
Dogs 100 lbs and over: $180
Communal Cremation only:
Does not include euthanasia and no ashes will be returned to you.
